It’s as if he’s telling the users that they can get the life and the financial freedom they’re dreaming of if they start their journey with us.

Hugh claims that with all the knowledge you have gathered from the first module, up to the present, you can land potential clients.

On the 7th week, you will encounter the module, Networking Secrets (More Private Money!!!). In this module, you will be taught to explore different ways to gather private funds.
Hugh claims that he will guide you through 8 places to meet rich investors. On top of that, he will also demonstrate how to get a list of people in your area who are super rich, with a net worth of more than a million dollars.
Hugh said that this method may be a bit advanced, but once you have the right network, looking for an investor with a net worth of over a million dollars, buying an apartment complex would be a breeze.
Due Diligence, In this module that will be tackled on your 8th week within the course, you will be exploring what will happen after you sign the contract.
This part here is super important, it’s like the most crucial thing in this whole training. Learn how to make sure your investment is safe with the right Due Diligence.
Lastly, on the 9th week, you’ll encounter the final module, Managing for Profits. In this module, Hugh is going to show you exactly how to handle the property manager.
He’ll explain exactly what reports you should ask for every week, month, three months, and year to make sure you’re making the most money.
Even with a not-so-pleasing website, the contents may seem helpful, especially for some individuals who want to explore apartment complex ventures.
But tread lightly as I have found some bad feedback regarding the said program. If there’s something that I would recommend, that would be Local Marketing.
In Local Marketing you will act as the middle man, the bridge that connects the local businesses to their target buyer.
Aside from the fact that you’re helping not only the community but also the local businesses, you can also start this gig even without spending a huge amount of money.
A couple of grand would suffice. All you need is your laptop and a decent WiFi connection and you can control it whenever and wherever you are.
With countless niches, this gig’s potential could be limitless, you won’t even need to focus your full attention just to keep things rolling, you just have to be hands-on at the very beginning but once you’ve set things up, everything will be good to go.
