Ecom Quickstart Review (Adrian Morrison)

Adrian Morrison

Adrian Morrison, founder of Ecom Quickstart course, expresses his thankfulness for being able to travel using a chartered plane in an Instagram post. According to him, this luxury will not be possible without his success in internet marketing, dropshipping, and eCommerce. This is why he also encourage everyone to take his course, discover the wonder of entrepreneurship and eCommerce, and replicate his success. “It’s going to change lives just like it changes my life,” he added.  Learn more about Adrian and his Ecom Quickstart course by reading this review.

NEXT: Compare Shopify Dropshipping To This

Ecom Quickstart is a beginner course in eCommerce that discusses topics on building your own Shopify dropshipping store. The course was founded by Adrian Morrison, a public speaker and entrepreneur known for Success TV and Profit Power Hour. He is also a co-founder of Christmas 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that helps underprivileged children in Mississippi.

The course has seven sections and four bonus contents in video format. The first section titled Shopify A-Z Bootcamp is a tutorial on how to set up a store on Shopify. Next is the Viral Product Bootcamp that will discuss how to find viral products and where to get them. Section 3 titled Build Fan pages recommends setting up a business page on a social media platform like Facebook or Instagram. Section 4 titled Fast Traffic Marketing Formula shows how to run ads for your store to gain traffic. Section 5 and 6 titled How to Scale and Retargeting respectively discusses what their title suggest. Lastly, section 7 titled Building your Email List covers topics on email marketing.

On the other hand, the four bonus contents are the following: The Six Figure Store Bootcamp, The Secret Apps That Supercharges Stores, Upsell Formula, and Finding Winning Products. This beginner course retails for $67.95.

It is relatively cheap, but it is still not advisable to pay that amount since the course is very basic and the information it presented can be found on the internet for free. There are a lot of feedback too that mentions upsells that will cost you around $2,000-$8,400. Most notably, the popular upsell after purchasing Ecom Quickstart is eCom Success Academy since it is also about Shopify dropshipping. The course alone costs around $2,495. Worst, it is reviewed very negatively since it does not warrant the expensive price.

Ecom Quickstart Review

In fact, Adrian Morrison and his programs have a very bad reputation on the internet. Adrian himself is called a rip-off, a fraudster, and a scam artist. He also does not provide any evidence to verify if he is successful at eCommerce and dropshipping at all. This is why he is also accused of only getting rich from selling expensive courses  rather than from successful businesses. As one of the reviews said, “They are selling a dream to people, they are not doing it themselves.”

It is also important to note that it is not advisable nowadays to engage in any dropshipping endeavor. There is a reason why it gains the moniker of “deadshipping.” Main reason is its highly competitive and saturated market. It will take a lot of time, money, and effort to establish your brand and be recognized among the million of sellers. Running ads alone will account for upwards of 30%  of your total sales. It also requires a lot of product research since most dropshipping products are dependent on hype. Specifically, most products reach their peak in 1-2 months which means you must keep finding what product will go viral next to keep the cash flow going. This is also costly and time-consuming similar to setting up your ads and sales campaign. Finally, you lack control on the quality of your products since you are outsourcing it from third-party suppliers. You have to ensure that your supplier is producing good quality products or else you risk your store receiving a lot of bad reviews and product returns while not having a returning customer.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Adrian Morrison’s Ecom Quickstart course because of its cost, the business model it offers, and the bad reputation of Adrian overall. There are better business models out there that is more beginner-friendly from a more reputable individual but not as costly as dropshipping.
