There’s not much information about Jon all we know about is that his the man behind the founding of the Recruiting Accelerator program. He was married to Caitlin Chitanaroad and has one child as of the moment. 

Right now is currently living in San Francisco, California, and took his Bachelor’s at the University of Califonia, Davis. 

Jon does a good job hustling and making his business flourish by posting from time to time on his social media from his Facebook to plugging Instagram ads. This man is dedicated to sharing the Recruiting Accelerator program

Jon started as an employee at recruitment agencies the first one was Appleone, he is also a senior recruiter at the Mice Groups and is known to be a lead recruiter at Premier Talent Partners.  

Having the experience of being a recruiter inspired Jon to make his agency with a better system it didn’t begin being a recruitment business at first but still related to recruitment he and Mike Prestano co-founded Aspire Recruiting LLC.

Mike Prestano was the one acting as the lead recruiter with Jon acting as the managing director, Aspiring Recruiting LLC was acting as a boutique search company for small to medium businesses to find unique and specialized skilled individuals so they can be recruited by this business easily.

To be honest Recruitment agencies are both beneficial to job seekers and employers but even with the good things it give there will also be drawbacks so here are some pros and cons you might wanna consider before jumping into this business. 

Pros:

Specialized Expertise – agencies tend to have special knowledge of the industries, roles, and local job market that can help them match candidates the is suitable for the job more effectively than just hiring some random individuals. 

Access to Job Opportunities – agencies got access to a wide range of job vacancies including those that weren’t advertised elsewhere leading to an increase of chances of finding for suitable job. 

Time-Saving – agencies also save time for both job seekers and employers since they are the ones doing the screening, interviewing, and matching process allowing employers to focus on running their business and seekers saving time and energy looking for jobs.

Networking – agencies get to have extensive networks to contact within the industry. This will be a valuable thing for job seekers especially if you get to have a wide range network they have more chances to look where they can be of use.  

Feedback and Support – agencies also provide feedback on resumes, interview techniques, and even career advice. Agencies like this can help job seekers improve their quality and what they can offer to improve their chances of getting hired.

Potential for Bias – some agencies prioritize certain candidates based on factors like race, gender, and age. To be honest some employers are seeking specific gender, race, and even age for the job leading to some job seekers not cutting.

Is it a Good business in 2024

Overall agencies can be a valuable resource of jobs and revenue but after having the pros and cons you should weigh whether you can handle the burden of being to handle employer’s and employee needs. You can’t just accept clients client and not deliver the results you promise.

Many Agencies fail and some are being chased by the laws for unethical practices and not abiding with the law. It may look easier said than done I won’t recommend this kind of business as a start-up.

How Much will Jon’s Program cost you?

To be honest due to the privacy and minimal information the program cost is not stated in any platforms posted but some reviews of the programs go around $3,000.

But accelerator programs mostly cost you around $50,000 upwards depending on the inclusions and probably the tools and system you will be using.

Some Bad Reviews of Jon’s Program

Remember the business he co-founded with Mike? The Aspiing Recruitment LLC, It’s already down the drain. Jon’s claiming as a coach sharing success is all bull and imagine claiming that his system will make you the top dog in the industry when he’s own co-founded business is failing ain’t it already a red flag to begin with?

Conclusion

Don’t spend thousands to a failing man who fails he’s business by masking the so-called success through social media. Also always take a grain of salt to all the testimonies leading in favor of the guy. Who would even market themselves as a failure?
