Zain Jan says that there’s a very hot (in this context, literally) business opportunity right now, and if you can tap into it, it will let you earn six or seven figures. In his own words, it’s the right product, it’s scalable, you get to help your customers save money while you make money. The niche that he’s talking about is solar energy products, and due to that, Zain claims that you’re also helping the environment by patronizing and making a business out of it. An interesting idea, but I think it may not be for everyone. Read on to find out why I said that.

Zain Jan himself is a successful entrepreneur in this niche, which is why he heard the moniker “The King of Solar”. He has built his own solar business that’s earning over nine figures, he’s got a solar marketing agency called Solar CEOs, and now, he educates others on making money with solar via his Better Earth Solar brand. Zain says that he chose this niche because he considers this an “amazing trifecta”.

First, you’re selling a customer a product that is saving them money. You can literally tell to your customer that by going solar, they’ll be able to cut a lot of costs from their electric bill. The products may be a bit expensive, but the electricity cost reduction that customers are going to get means that they can easily regain the money they spent going solar.

Second, as a seller, you have the potential to earn a huge amount of commission from the sales that you’re going to incur. Zain himself doesn’t really state an exact value, but he does say that with this business model, earning $5,000 worth of commissions is very much possible here. Of course, it depends on the number of deals you can make, but he says, as an example, that top reps from his company can easily do around five to ten deals per month with his training, thereby ensuring that you’ll continuously make sales here.

Third, and the most obvious benefit, is you get to contribute to the environment’s well-being. With many environmental activists constantly urging the public and the higher-ups to take the matter seriously and do some steps in taking care of our Earth, you can get this feeling that you’re not only earning money, you’re also contributing to sustainability of our home planet. It may not be much, but a little bit always helps.

“Solar is a true business model where everyone wins,” Zain says while he describes his company training. “And it is the future. And it’s why the best salespeople in the world are transferring their time and energy over to solar, okay? Because it’s a win-win-win. I know tons of people coming from real estate, selling cars, a bunch of different industries, because they’re realizing that in 2022 you have to sell a product with impact. You have to sell a product that’s gonna change the world. There’s no other opportunity like it.”

But Zain also says that his training isn’t for everybody. If you’re small-minded, if you have small goals, small dreams, if you’re a quitter, if you’re someone who wants to make a quick buck and relax, then this isn’t for you. Basically, he’s saying that expect a lot of hard work when you decide to take on this business opportunity. After all, you’re going to be dealing with door-to-door sales.

Because there really is no better way to sell a solar energy product to a customer than by doing door-to-door. But Zain says it’s one of the most valuable moneymaking skills you can learn. He cites billionaires like Mark Cuban, Sara Blakely, John Paul DeJoria, and many others, as examples of people who got their start doing door-to-door sales before they became billionaires.

Zain Jan’s Better Earth Solar brand doesn’t mention anything about the cost of their training program. But we can assume that it could be free, or for a very low cost. For me, though, if you’re interested in selling solar products, this is a good investment, as it’s much better than learning the tricks of the trade yourself. You get to learn from someone who has been earning a lot doing this business model. But introverts, myself included, don’t really like doing door-to-door direct selling, so this will not be for everyone.
