Tax Lien Code Review (Brian Petersen)

Lien is a type of a deal where you give the right of possession of one of your owned properties to the person you owed a debt to. Some of these were properties of the same or higher value than the debt to assure that person that you won’t be running away. There are basically three types of liens and Tax Lien is one of those. Brian Petersen decided to make this as an asset and made a program out of it. Learn more on my Tax Lien Code review below.

“Every property owner in the United States of America is required to pay property taxes. It doesn’t matter what type of property you own, whether it’s a single/multi family home, commercial, restaurant etc. The county uses those property taxes to pay for most of their expenses like the schools, pay for teachers, bus drivers etc.”, Brian explained how important paying your property taxes is to the community. What will happen if these property taxes are not being paid?

As sad as it may seem, almost 20-30% of the property taxes are not getting paid every year, based on a study. Unpaid property taxes put the county in a terrible situation because they don’t have sufficient fundings to pay for the services that made the county work. That’s why they came up with the idea of making a tax lien. In this way, they make a lien certificate of the property which tax hasn’t been paid yet and they can auction that certificate to people who can invest their money into it, thus tax lien investing.

According to Brian, tax lien investing has proven to be one of the safest and the most rewarding investment strategies that he has encountered, and he knew that he’s not alone. For a little bit of history, the most successful money managers, financial institutions and experienced individuals have been dealing with tax lien certificates to spice up their portfolios. They have studied their ways and now they’re willing to teach other people.

Brian knows how hard it is to start something new, but he’s more than happy to welcome you to their company, the Tax Lien Code, where they specialize in teaching individuals and investment companies on how to exploit the opportunity that you can get when dealing with tax lien certificates. They claimed to have taught more than 40,000 students of the secrets and techniques most successful people in the said industry have used.

Once you’ve signed up for their Tax Lien Code membership, which costs $1,497, they will start the training by making sure that you understand well what tax lien investing and how it actually works. They’ll give you assignments to further your knowledge and their goal is to make sure each student will get their first tax lien investment within 21 days. All I can say is that they offer strict and on-hand training if their goal is a 3-week period.

The membership includes a live 3-day workshop, 21-day start up guide which is stated above, a training book which they call the Tax Lien Bible, access to the website that contains five crucial learning modules with assignments and quizzes, an access to their exclusive marketplace which shows the list of tax lien certificates that are auctioned and many other necessary tools for you to be successful on your tax lien investing journey.

Their exclusive marketplace of primary auction and OTC (Over-The-Counter) tax lien certificates has a monthly fee of $39.99 if you wish to gain access to it. Students have the option of not renewing this monthly fee without affecting their membership and they can also reactivate it whenever they want. They also offer a 3-day cancellation process whenever you decide to back out of the program, but after that 3-day period, there will be no more refunds.

As per reading reviews on TrustPilot, the majority of them are bad reviews about Tax Lien Code. Apart from the $1497, they will pitch you on their $40k mentoring program in one of the 3-day workshop, how f*cked up was that? They’re website’s mostly exclusive for the members, giving a little to no information about their company to the public which is already a red flag for me. Just stay away from companies who don’t have enough courage to be transparent on things. Take their founder’s history for an example which not available so how will you trust him? Them?
